Slim-fitting jeans made in America from Double RL’s custom 520 gsm Japanese selvedge denim. Woven on a traditional narrow shuttle loom with black warp and weft yarns for a deep colour. Rinsed and dried for a broken-in appearance. Hand-finished in a process that involves up to 50 individual steps using specialised tools and techniques. Sanforized® to minimise shrinkage.

    • American-made buttons, rivets and washer burrs. Five-pocket styling. “RRL” embroidery on the selvedge coin pocket. Cotton twill pocket lining.
    • Roughout suede “RRL” debossed logo label on the back right waist.
    • 100% cotton.
    • Machine washable. For best results, wear 90 days without washing.
