When will my order arrive?
We Offer:
Standard Delivery – 7-10 Business Days
You can expect your order to arrive within the standard delivery timeframe. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your order may arrive sooner than the standard delivery timeframe. Please also note that the standard delivery timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. If your order includes customised items, please note that it will be shipped out separately.
Create Your Own orders are manufactured according to customers specifications and their delivery will take slightly longer than the standard timeframes. Please expect delivery within 10-14 business days, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How can I track the status of my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can also track your order by simply going to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
If you do not have a Ralph Lauren account yet, set one up under My Account.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can track your order by entering your order number, email address and billing post code under Track Your Order.

What carrier do you use to ship your orders?
We ship via Team Global Express for all options. Team Global Express delivers packages Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M and may require signature. Please select a delivery address where you will be present at time of delivery.
Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping throughout Australia. Perfumes and fragrances including diffusers cannot be shipped to Tasmania. You can find and select your location on our Location Selector.

Ralph Lauren is happy to present to you a series of sustainable products - the perfect combination of style and care for the environment.
Does the invoice include the prices if I ship the item as a gift?
No. Selecting gift packaging or gift messaging removes the prices from the invoice.
Do you offer gift packaging?
GIFT PACKAGING
Gift packaging is offered free of charge with most purchases at RalphLauren.com.au When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you would like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented in our signature navy box. We will include your personalized message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information). We do not sell our gift boxes and we reserve the right to limit the number of gift box requests per order or per customer. We do not currently sell our Gift Boxes.
To return a gifted item, please see our Returns Policy. This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights. All returns will be refunded back to the original purchaser using the original method of payment.
Do you sell your gift boxes?
We do not currently sell our Gift Boxes. We reserve the right to limit the number of gift box requests per order or per customer.
Do you have an alteration service?
ALTERATIONS IN RALPH LAUREN STORES
There is no charge for alterations on purchases of full-price suiting (unhemmed only). For sale items and customer-owned Ralph Lauren goods, please refer to the existing pricing list in your store. Alteration services are not normally offered at our Factory Outlet locations, normal alteration charges will apply.
Do you have sizing guidelines?
As sizes across our brands vary, we offer size charts for all clothing to help you find the best fit. Click on the “Size Chart” link on any item’s product page for the most accurate/specific size information.
Please use the following guidelines along with a fabric tape measure to be certain you’re ordering the right size. When taking your measurements, wear little or no clothing.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips - Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Chest - Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest or bust, including your shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Neck - Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam’s apple). Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.
Inseam - With the appropriate shoes on, measure from your crotch to your desired pant length.

What is Virtusize?
Virtusize size recommendation is based on the data entered by the shopper into their Virtusize profile and the detailed data we have on the measurements of all garments and shoes. All this combined is what powers the size recommendation.
How do I create a profile to utilise Virtusize?
Click on an item that you are interested in, and select the Virtusize icon listed near the size information. Not every item has Virtusize so you may need to look through a few items before you find the Virtusize icon. Then, you can click the icon and fill out a profile. How to take care of your Create Your Own item?
Customised/Personalised Items Care
To ensure the longevity and quality, please follow these care and wash recommendations:
- Wash immediately once you receive the custom printed item(s) to remove any excess pretreatment layer around the print.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing. Wash on cool.
-Do not use bleach or strong detergents.
-Wash with similar colors and fabrics.
-Dry on low/no heat. Do not tumble dry.
-Do not apply an iron directly to the print or dry clean.
Please note for Print It styles the pretreatment stains, print and the garment will fade and soften after initial wash.
What is the returns policy?
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind about an item purchased online from this website, you can return it to us and/or request for an exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.
The return/exchange right we provide is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that, unless they are defective, return or exchange is otherwise permitted under applicable laws, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Bespoke customized goods
• Perfume and fragrance including diffusers;
• Watches and Fine Jewelry (except earrings which are non-returnable) must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags and stickers attached. To return watches and fine jewelry, please email CustomerAssistance@ralphlauren.com.au
• Swimwear and underwear where hygiene strip had been removed (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip).

How do I make a return?

2. Products purchased online at ralphlauren.com.au that have been picked up in store can only be returned by contacting Customer Assistance. Please contact Customer Assistance at onlineassistance@ralphlauren.com.au to create a return request.
3. Please make sure to package your return in a sturdy container, like the one your merchandise came in. No need to print a return label, our Team Global Express representative will organize for you upon collection.
4. Your return will be collected generally within 2 business days (except for weekends and holidays). Please ensure to be present at the designated date of the collection. Click here to start your return.

Can I return an item I purchased from the Custom Shop?
We manufacture our Create Your Own items according to customers specifications which means they are personalised to our customers' individual requirements. As such, these items are non-returnable.
How to return a watch purchase?

Is there a charge for making a return?
No. We offer complimentary returns and exchanges.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow up 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.
How do I return a gift?
Gift returns can be initiated through our online process with only an order number and shipping post code.
Gift recipients who return an item will be issued a virtual gift card to use online. To request for an exchange, please use the returns process to receive a virtual gift card and then place a new order. Personalised items cannot be returned.

We only accept exchanges of products for the same style/model. Otherwise, please request for a return and place a new order through the Website or through our Customer Assistance. Afterpay & PayPal orders cannot be exchanged. For further details on how to request for an exchange, please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy below.
How to make an exchange?
1. Create an exchange request online at www.ralphlauren.com.au

3. Your exchange will be collected the next business day (except for weekends and holidays) if the request was created before 4pm and the day after if the request was created after 4pm. Please ensure to be present at the designated date of the collection. Click here to start your return.
4. Important: Once you place the exchange request your new item will be shipped. You have 30 days to exchange your item. Please note if we do not receive your exchanged item/s within 30 days from receiving your exchange request you will be charged to the original form of payment. This does not include purchases made with Afterpay or PayPal, which are ineligible for exchange.

Store Return Policy
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
• to cancel your service contract with us; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
We also provide you with the following rights of refund, which are in addition to the rights and remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may refuse returns where products are soiled, show signs that they have been worn, the tags have been removed or the adhesive strip has been removed. Alternatively we may make a deduction from any refund due to you for loss in value of any product you return, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling or use by you.
We will prosecute any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
Products purchased from Ralph Lauren stores and other points of sale must be returned in person to a store within the same channel. Purchases in-store at 'Polo Ralph Lauren' can be returned to any Polo Ralph Lauren store within Australia. Purchases in-store at 'Ralph Lauren' can be returned to any Ralph Lauren store within Australia. Purchases in-store at 'Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet' can be returned to any Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet store within Australia.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may exchange or return it at a Ralph Lauren Store or Polo Factory Store within 30 days of the purchase date together with the original sales receipt. Please note at this time returns/exchanges must be made to their original store channel of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, damaged, used or altered.
Online purchases may be returned at select Ralph Lauren stores. However, for the time being, we are unable to offer exchanges in-store or at any other point of sale for online orders.

Full price items may be exchanged or returned for a refund in the original form of payment. If the purchase was made by a debit or credit card, the refund will be made to this card provided the card and the authorized cardholder are present otherwise a store credit in the equivalent amount will be offered. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be exchanged or returned for a store credit in the amount of your original purchase only.
Returns of certain items, including limited edition collections, might be restricted or subject to special conditions.
All faulty items, if unwashed and unworn, and if returned with a valid till receipt can be returned and the customer can choose an exchange, credit note or refund on the same terms as stated.
Watches and Fine Jewelry must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags and stickers attached.
Fragrance/Candle/Diffuser items must be in original packaging and un-opened.
Swimwear must be unworn and have the hygiene label intact.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Customized or modified items (e.g. create your own, made to measure or made to order items, items that have been altered), masks, underwear and final sale items.
Please note that this policy applies to purchases made at Ralph Lauren stores and Polo Factory Outlets only. Items purchased from our website(s) or any third party retailer cannot be returned or exchanged at Ralph Lauren retail and Polo Factory Stores and vice versa. Please be advised that our third party retailers have their own return/exchange policies and all items purchases via their stores/outlets must be returned/exchanged per their policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and is offered in addition to any legal right to a refund, replacement or exchange. This policy may be changed at any time for future purchases.
Can I return item(s) from a different address?
Yes. You may nominate a pickup address when submitting your return/exchange request.
What happens if I miss the Team Global Express collection?
A Team Global Express representative will reach out to you by phone to arrange another pickup.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note that once you place an order at Ralph Lauren, there is a limited period of time during which you will be able to cancel your order until it is fully processed. If the cancel option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page.
You can also choose to cancel your order within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of your goods. If you choose this option, we will refund you the full price of any items returned in accordance with our Return Policy and the original shipping charges.
To cancel your purchase, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel you contract by sending us an e-mail to
onlineassistance @Ralphlauren.com.au giving us details about the items ordered and their delivery date.
How long are items held in the shopping bag?
When you are shopping at RalphLauren.com.au and add an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Bag. The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Bag will remain there until you purchase them, remove them or move them to your Wish List. They will remain there even after you leave our site. However, those items placed in your Shopping Bag that go out of stock before you complete your purchase will automatically be removed from your Shopping Bag.

Where can I purchase a gift card?
Ralph Lauren Gift Cards can be purchased in-store and online. These are physical gift cards which are credit-card sized that can be given to the recipient. 1 Definitions In these Terms and Conditions: Activation means the date that a Gift Card is activated for use in accordance with clause 3.3. Expiry Date means three (3) years after the date on which the card is supplied to you by Ralph Lauren, which will be transcribed on the Gift Card at the time of supply. Gift Card means a Physical Gift Card issued by Ralph Lauren that you have purchased or received. Physical Gift Card means a physical payment card in plastic form. Ralph Lauren means Ralph Lauren Australia Pty Limited (ABN 61 118 847 359) of GF, 16-18 Grosvenor St, The Rocks, NSW 2000. Ralph Lauren Stores means a full priced boutique or an outlet store operated by Ralph Lauren in Australia but does not mean any concession stores operated by Ralph Lauren in department stores such as Myer and David Jones. Website means https://www.ralphlauren.com.au/. We, Us, or Our is a reference to Ralph Lauren. You or Your is a reference to the person who is taken to agree to these terms and conditions under clause 2.
2 These Terms and Conditions
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to each Gift Card.
2.2 When you purchase, activate, use, attempt to use or otherwise redeem the value on a Gift Card, you are: agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; warranting to us that you will: comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws; not use the Gift Card in a way that is unlawful, misleading or deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to anyone; ensure that any recipient of the Gift Card is aware of these Terms and Conditions and the Expiry Date.
2.3 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and Ralph Lauren reserves the right to do so for any reason. Any such changes will be posted on the Website but where any material changes are made, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice by prominently displaying the changes on the Website. If you do not accept the changes, you must write to Ralph Lauren within the notice period and we may cancel your Gift Card and refund any unspent value remaining on the Gift Card to you.
3 Purchasing a Ralph Lauren Gift Card
3.1 You can purchase a Physical Gift Card in store at all Ralph Lauren Stores.
3.2 You can purchase Electronic Gift Cards online here and payment is required to be made and cleared prior to the Electronic Gift Card being dispatched by email.
3.3 An amount of AU$1,000 can be loaded on each Gift Card at the time of purchase. The Gift Card will become activated at this time (Activation).
3.4 We may change the maximum amount that can be loaded onto Gift Cards at any time and at our absolute discretion. Any changes to the maximum amount will published on our Website.
4 Using a Ralph Lauren Gift Card
4.1 To make a purchase using your Gift Card, present it at the transaction register of any Ralph Lauren Store along with the product(s) you wish to purchase. The transaction will be processed by swiping or scanning your Gift Card into the payment device, or inputting your Gift Card number and then entering the 4-digit number which is on the back of the Gift Card.
4.2 By making a purchase, the value on the Gift Card will be reduced by the value of the products purchased. If there is any unspent value remaining on the Gift Card following the purchase, you will not be given any change but the Gift Card may be used to purchase products in the future until the unspent value on the Gift Card is zero or the Expiry Date has been reached.
4.3 You can find out details regarding the unspent value remaining on your Gift Card or the Expiry Date by visiting https://www.ralphlauren.com.au/en/gift-card-terms.
4.4 If you want to purchase a product or products for an amount which exceeds the unspent value on the Gift Card, any excess amount must be paid using another payment method accepted by the relevant Ralph Lauren Store.
4.5 When the unspent value on the Gift Card is zero:
it cannot be reloaded with value; and
because the Gift Card remains the property of Ralph Lauren, a sales assistant may destroy it.
4.6 You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Card and are liable for all transactions made on it (unless there has been fraud or negligence by us).
4.7 You agree that we can reduce the unspent value on the Gift Card when:
you use the Gift Card as described in clause 4.1 above; or the Gift Card is lost or stolen and is used by another person in the manner described in clause 4.1 above (unless there has been fraud or negligence by us).
4.8 If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card.
5 Ralph Lauren Gift Card - Exclusions
5.1 You acknowledge that Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and may not be used:
at any concession stores operated by Ralph Lauren within department stores such as Myer and David Jones;
for online purchases with Ralph Lauren’s official partners (such as The Iconic, Myer, David Jones etc);
to purchase another stored-value card or Gift Card;
for purchases made with Ralph Lauren via phone, facsimile or email;
to purchase any goods or services that are not permitted by law to be sold to you; and/or
to purchase quantities of goods which exceed standard retail quantities.
6 Ralph Lauren Gift Card Expiry
6.1 Gift Cards will be valid for use from the date of Activation until the Expiry Date.
6.2 The Expiry Date will be transcribed on your Gift Card.
6.3 If you do not use all of the unspent value on your Gift Card before the Expiry Date, it will no longer be available for use and will become the property of Ralph Lauren. 7 Cancelling Ralph Lauren Gift Cards
7.1 Ralph Lauren reserves the right to:
cancel or void a Gift Card if it appears to have been damaged, defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way, in which case Ralph Lauren may inspect the Gift Card and undergo a process which will verify its authenticity;
cancel a Gift Card, or Gift Card program, for any reason at any time without notice and will provide a replacement Gift Card (unless clause 7.1(a) above applies); and/or
amend the value on the Gift Card, if there has been a technical, clerical or accounting error has occurred.
7.2 After a Gift Card is issued by Ralph Lauren, it may only be cancelled by you if the unspent value remaining on the Gift Card is zero or the Expiry Date has been reached.
7.3 Gift Cards which are faulty or have been damaged will not be reissued unless Ralph Lauren (or its agents or contractors) are responsible for any such fault or damage.
8 Privacy and confidentiality
8.1 Any personal information provided by you in connected with a Gift Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, a copy of which can be accessed at https://www.ralphlauren.com.au/en/privacy.

9 Returns and Replacement of Products
9.1 If you have any concern or complaint regarding any products that you have purchased from Ralph Lauren using a Gift Card you should contact the Ralph Lauren Store where the purchase was made, email us at: CustomerAssistance@RalphLauren.com.au.
9.2 The return and replacement policies which Ralph Lauren has in place for products purchased using Gift Cards is the same as those which apply to products otherwise purchased from Ralph Lauren Stores and are subject to various rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
9.3 Any amounts to be refunded will be refunded onto the original Gift Card via the original payment method.
10 Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any statutory rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 10.1 above, you acknowledge that:
you assume full responsibility for the use and safety of your Gift Card and will be liable for all transactions made using your Gift Card;
any conditions implied by any laws (other than the Australian Consumer Law) are excluded;
we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential) howsoever caused arising out of or in any way related to your use of a Gift Card;
we will not be in default under these Terms and Conditions due to a failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right or perform any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for any reason unless any such failure or delay is caused by our gross negligence; and if we are liable to you, we limit our maximum aggregate liability to the initial value loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of purchase.
11 Entire agreement These Terms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between you and Ralph Lauren in respect of your Gift Card.
12 Applicable law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and Commonwealth courts having jurisdiction in that place.
Can I create my own address book?
When you register with RalphLauren.com.au, you will have the option to create your own address book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information, but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: the information that you store in your address list is for your use only).
Although we allow you to add international addresses to your address book, we do not ship outside the Australia. We do, however, have Ralph Lauren stores all over the world. Please use Our Store locator to find the store nearest you.

These provisions apply to purchases of products on ralphlauren.com.au (the "Website") for delivery in Australia only (hereafter the "Territory").
Please read the following terms of sale (the "Terms of Sale") carefully before purchasing any product on the Website. By purchasing any product using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
We may change our Terms of Sale from time to time. We recommend you to check the latest version of the Terms of Sale whenever you place an order. Each time you make a purchase from the Website the current version of the Terms of Sale as set out in the Website will apply to that purchase.

3. Shopping Bag and Wish List
The Shopping Bag holds the products you have selected to purchase while you shop. They will remain there even after you leave the Website unless they go out of stock before you complete your purchase in which case they will be automatically removed from your Shopping Bag.
If you have a registered account, your Wish List allows you to store details of products that you are thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave the Website, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favourite products in the future. Products will remain in your Wish List until they are moved to your Shopping Bag or removed. The Wish List feature is only available if you have a registered account.

4. Making a purchase

Once you have submitted your order, we will send an email to the email address you have provided acknowledging receipt of your order and setting out details of the ordered product(s). This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order - only a confirmation that we have received it. Once we have acknowledged receipt of your order, we will check that we have your product(s) in stock.
The information on this Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell products described on the Website, but rather constitutes an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase the products (an invitation to treat). The contract between us will be concluded when we accept your offer to purchase by emailing you to confirm that your offer is accepted and the product(s) have been dispatched. 5. Products on this Website
Not all of the products we sell are available for sale through the Website. Additional products are available in Ralph Lauren stores and corners all around the world. Please visit us on ralphlauren.com.au in order to find the nearest points of sale.
In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you of this within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will, where possible give you the option to order a different product of the same type or alternatively, to cancel your order. Should you opt to cancel your order no charge will be made to your credit card and, in the event that your debit card has already been charged, a full refund will be made.
We have made every effort to display the colours and textiles of our products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible; however, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as depicted on the Website. Please note, however, your rights to request refunds or other action as set out in sections 15, 16 and 17 of these Terms of Sale below.
6. RL Custom Shop
Customisation is available for some but not all of our products. Where customisation is available you may request the addition of a combination of letters to be applied to the product as well as to change the colour of the product, the embroidery and the Ralph Lauren pony logo. While we accept most customisation requests, we cannot accept those that we consider inappropriate or detrimental to our product and/or brand. If we do reject a customisation request we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail. If we cancel your order after your chosen payment method has been charged we will refund the payment to you.
Whilst we have the right to decline your request to customise our products, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any request you make. You warrant that you have the right to make your request and that customising our products in accordance with your request shall not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree that you will have no (intellectual property) rights in your customisation. You agree and understand that you have no exclusivity in any customisation and shall have no claim against us or any other party in the event a personalisation identical or similar to yours is used or designed by any person.
7. Prices
All prices shown on this Website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. All prices are applicable to purchases made in the relevant Territory only. If your chosen payment method is not denominated in Australian dollars, the final price of any products you purchase will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate on the date your payment provider processes your payment.
The price of the RL Custom Shop service will vary. The method of calculating the final price will be confirmed to you before we ask you to confirm your order.
Delivery charges are calculated in accordance with the Shipping Policy available on the Website. You will be shown the charges for delivering your order before we ask you to confirm your order.
From time to time we may offer certain promotions for eligible purchases or eligible customers. Please ensure that you read the terms of the promotion and enter any applicable promotional code on the Payment page or the Check Order page. If your promotional code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional code per order will be accepted. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorised promotional code is used. A promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.
If an error is discovered in the price of any product you have ordered prior to our dispatching it to you, we will: (i) where the correct price is lower, refund you the difference or reduce the balance of the price payable to us; or, (ii) where the correct price is higher, contact you and offer you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. We do not have an obligation to provide any product to you at a lower price where we have made a pricing error and we notify you of the error before we have dispatched your order.
8. Our right to refuse or cancel an order
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline your order, or any part thereof, in our sole discretion, at any point prior to acceptance of your order by us - even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your chosen payment method has been charged. If we make a permanent price reduction on any product you have purchased from the Website, you may request a refund of the price difference if your purchase meets the requirements set out in this paragraph. This price guarantee only applies for a limited period of time. To be eligible, your request for a refund must be made within ten (10) days of delivery of the relevant product. Please be aware that the exact style, size and colour of the relevant product must be available for purchase at the time you request the refund in order to qualify for the price adjustment. Price adjustments are accepted on products purchased at the full retail price only. Please note that promotional sales prices are not permanent price changes and are not included in this guarantee. 10. Gift Packaging
Gift packaging is complimentary for most purchases made via the Website. When prompted at the Check Out page, please let us know whether you would like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented in our signature navy box. We will include your personalised message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information). 12. Methods of Payment
Full payment is required before an order can be dispatched to you. You can use any methods of payment provided by our payment partners as listed on our Website, or pay with Ralph Lauren gift cards or online gift certificates (where available).
In the event that the sum due from you for your order cannot be debited or charged for any reason outside of our control, your order will be cancelled.
For your convenience, your credit or debit card information can be stored in Your Account. For more information, see our Privacy Notice. For added security, the billing address you provide must exactly match the address on file at your debit or credit card. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
We will prosecute any fraudulent activities relating to any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return or refund.
13. Order Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, we endeavour to dispatch purchases within two (2) working days of confirming your order (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), and to deliver your order in accordance with the timescales set out in our Shipping Policy.
Stated delivery times are estimates only and are measured from the date of dispatch. Each address you instruct us to deliver to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable delivery charges. Customising a product requires additional processing time for your entire order, and all orders that include RL Custom Shop product may take longer to deliver.
Once your order is placed, we will send an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the selected delivery method. Your Order History on the Website lists the current status of pending orders. You may check your order status through the Order area of My Account or Check Order page. You can also Contact Us. We will email you a confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
We require a signature for all products delivered using this Website. All responsibility and risk for the products you have purchased through this Website passes to you on delivery. In the event that you have purchased a product as a gift for a third party you agree that signature by a person at the stated delivery address is proof of fulfilment of your order.
For security reasons, Ralph Lauren cannot ship any order to post office boxes or accept any order where it is impossible to identify the individual delivery address. Ralph Lauren's policies do not allow products to be reshipped and therefore we cannot ship to an address associated with a "freight forwarding company". We do not deliver outside the relevant Territory. We do, however, have Ralph Lauren stores all over the world. Please use the store locator on the Website to find the store nearest you.
14. Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store
The Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store option allows you to shop online and pick up your order in-store. Orders are typically available within 1 business day subject to store opening hours and product availability.
Items available for the Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store option will display a “Find in Store” button on the product page. You may also choose the Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store option in your bag by selecting the “In-Store Pick-up” button. Find and select the store where you would like to pick up your order. Then place your order with the "In-Store Pick-up" option selected during checkout. Please note, not all products online are available in-store and not all stores are currently providing this service. Only selected Ralph Lauren stand-alone stores in the Territory offer in-store pick up service. As such, your closest store may not be eligible for store pick up at this time or may not offer this service due to stock availability. Please refer to the store location list at checkout to see if your nearby store offers an in-store pick up option.
The Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store option is only available if all items in your basket are available at a single designated store, and thus you can only choose one store for your pick up. Multiple store locations cannot be selected within the same order. If you prefer to pick up at multiple store locations, you must place separate orders and choose a different store for each order.
Once your Buy-Online-Pick-Up-In-Store order is placed, you will be charged and we will send you an order confirmation email. Confirmation does not guarantee inventory availability. Should your product become out of stock before we are able to fulfill the order, your order will be canceled and we will process a refund through your original payment channel. As we start processing your order as soon as the order is placed, we cannot make changes after it is placed. You may request the cancellation of your order up to 15 minutes after order placement.
When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with instructions for picking up your order along with the store contact information. Depending on what time your order is placed and when your selected store closes, your order may not be ready until the following day.
Your order pick up email will have the store contact information along with pick up instructions and a pick up code. At pick up, you will need to present valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport), your order number, the order confirmation email and pick up code.
We will hold your order for 7 days from the day the order is placed. If your order is not picked up within this 7-day period, it will be cancelled, and we will process a refund through your original payment channel. At this time, we cannot support an extension beyond our 7-day pick up window. Alternatively, we invite you to place the same order for online delivery or visit one of our stores.

15. Your right to Cancel an Order and Returns
You may cancel your order at any time from placing your order until thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product. We offer free return and exchange and no delivery processing fee will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel, revise, suspend or terminate all or any part(s) of this offer at any time without prior notice or reason. For tem that is faulty, no processing fee will be charged.
For both return and exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned/Exchanged items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund/exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that, unless they are defective or return or exchange is otherwise permitted under applicable laws, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Bespoke customized goods (including those ordered using the RL Custom Shop);
• Perfume and fragrance including diffusers;

• Swimwear and underwear, where hygiene strip had been removed (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear without removing the adhesive strip);

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
We may refuse returns where products are soiled, show signs that they have been worn, the tags have been removed or the adhesive strip has been removed. Alternatively we may make a deduction from any refund due to you for loss in value of any product you return, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling or use by you.
We will prosecute any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
Online purchases may be returned at select Ralph Lauren stores. However, for the time being, we are unable to offer exchanges in-store or at any other point of sale for online orders.

OPERATING GUIDELINES
RALPH LAUREN and its affiliates and subsidiaries (including CHAPS and CLUB MONACO) are dedicated to conducting our operations throughout the world on principles of ethical business practices and the recognition of the dignity of their employees. We expect our business partners and their suppliers, product suppliers, material and trim suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors to respect and adhere to our guidelines and to all applicable laws and regulations in the operation of their business. Our business partners and their affiliates must be transparent in all record keeping and embrace a fundamental effort toward operational efficiencies, environmental sustainability and continuous improvement.
LEGAL AND ETHICAL STANDARDS - Our business relationship is built on a mutual respect for and adherence to all legal requirements and the highest ethical standards. We expect our business partners to observe all applicable international standards, and national and local laws and regulations while operating their businesses.
WAGES, BENEFITS, WORKING HOURS AND TRANSPARENT RECORD KEEPING - Our business partners must comply with all laws regulating local wages, overtime compensation, and legally mandated benefits. Wage and benefit policies must be consistent with prevailing national standards. Under ordinary business circumstances, employees must not be required to work excessive working hours per week including overtime and have the option of at least one day off in seven. We expect that all record keeping will be accurate and transparent at all times. We have zero tolerance for non-transparent record keeping.
HEALTH AND SAFETY - Our business partners must ensure that their employees are provided a safe and healthy work environment, and are not subject to unsanitary or hazardous conditions.
ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY - Our business partners must embrace a fundamental concern for environmental protection and conduct their operations consistent with local and internationally recognized environmental laws and best practices. They must also operate and source in such a manner that respects the environment and local communities, with particular concern to avoid deforestation, pollution, habitat loss, and rising greenhouse gas emissions.
CHILD LABOR - Our business partners must not use child labor, defined as employees under the age of 16.
FORCED OR BONDED LABOR - Our business partners will not work with or arrange for purchase of any materials or services that supports or utilizes forced labor, bonded labor or labor obtained through human trafficking, coercion or slavery.
DISCIPLINARY PRACTICES - Our business partners will not employ or conduct any business activity with partners who employ any form of physical or mental coercion, or punishment or monetary fines against employees. DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT - Our business partners will not practice any form of discrimination or harassment in hiring and employment, based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, and ethnic or national origin.
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION - Our business partners should respect the legal rights of employees to freely, and without harassment, participate in organizations of their choice. SUBCONTRACTING - Our business partners may only subcontract to previously approved suppliers for manufacturing or services according to our corporate requirements. All subcontracted suppliers must meet the same criteria as our direct contracted product and service suppliers. We have a zero tolerance for unauthorized subcontracting of our products.
ANIMAL SOURCING PRINCIPLES - Our business partners must share our commitment to principles, practices, and regulations that require animals in our supply chain to be treated with care and respect.
CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE AND PRODUCT SAFETY - Our business partners must comply with applicable international customs’ laws and regulations, including but not limited to, participation in Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Programs (C-TPAT) for all products and services as well as other international security regulations. In addition, all products must specifically meet all Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations and requirements and all international regulations and restrictions for product safety and hazardous substances.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST/ANTI-BRIBERY - Offering compensation of any value (gifts, discounts, services, loans, payments) to any Ralph Lauren Corporation or affiliate employee, service provider or government/political official to influence any act or decision to secure a business advantage is strictly prohibited.

1. What payment methods can I use and when will I be charged?
We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, Mastercard Debit Card and American Express.
We also accept: Ralph Lauren gift cards, AfterPay & PayPal.
You will be charged when you place your order.
2. When will my order ship, and when will my Create Your Own order ship?
Regular orders are shipped according to the timeframes stated in the Shipping section on our website. You may expect delivery within 4-7 business days.
Create Your Own orders are manufactured according to customers' specifications and orders including Create Your Own products will take longer than regular orders to deliver. Please expect delivery within 10-14 business days. Customised products including Create Your Own products cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. What if I change my mind and want a different size or colour after my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at RalphLauren.com.au, you will have approximately 15 minutes from the point of purchase to cancel your order.
Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy if you missed the 15 minute window.
4. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase? And if my order arrives damaged?
If you are not completely satisfied with a good purchased at RalphLauren.com.au, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange by following the steps outlined in the Returns section of our website. Products purchased through RalphLauren.com.au can be returned or exchanged at select Ralph Lauren stores or through our website.
We manufacture our Create Your Own items according to customers specifications which means they are personalised to our customers' individual requirements. As such, these items are non-returnable.

5. Can I return a Create Your Own Item?
We manufacture our Create Your Own items according to customers specifications which means they are personalised to our customers' individual requirements. As such, these items cannot be exchanged or returned.
6. What carrier do you use to ship your orders?
We ship via Team Global Express for all options. Team Global Express delivers packages Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M and may require signature. Please select a delivery address where you will be present at time of delivery.
Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on shipping locations.
7. Can I exchange purchases made with AfterPay or PayPal?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer exchanges on orders purchased with Afterpay or PayPal. Refunds will be accepted.
8. Am I able to redeem my virtual gift card in stores?
Virtual gift cards are accepted in all of our Australian stores. You must present your unique barcode for redemption.
9. Why was my order split into multiple packages?
Due to stock availability, orders with multiple items may be fulfilled from different locations. If you suspect your order is missing an item, please check the packing slip within yout order before contacting customer assistance.
10. Where can I purchase childrenswear?
Polo Ralph Lauren childrenswear products are currently only available on RalphLauren.com.au. However, it may available through out partners and in our outlet locations.
